When you side your home with Unified you are always guaranteed the best quality products and the most professional team of installers. Due to the large size of our company and the large number of jobs we do, every siding manufacturer offers us access to their product lines. With that capability we can give you one estimate and allow you to choose any brand siding you want. Since we only use .044 gauge lifetime guaranteed siding, any brand you pick is available at no additional cost. In our estimate you will find soffit and trim included. We also always include rigid foam foil backed insulation board as well as all j channel, corner pieces, starter strips, and garbage removal. Our lifetime guarantee on the labor is the reason we will only use the best siding. We don't want to do the job twice. Some of the brands we use are Alcoa, Alside, Alsco, Wolverine, Certainteed, Bird, Royal, Amcraft and Georgia Pacific. Although these brands are very popular, any siding that fits the quality criteria can be used. Some brands may have thinner gauge builders model siding which we will not use.You also have a choice of regular style, or dutchlap style at no additional cost. These types of siding are usually available in 3 inch, 4 inch, 4 1/2 inch, and 5 inch.
For an additional fee we also offer seamless gutters and leaders, Diagonal and Vertical siding as well as vinyl shake, vinyl cedar, and window and door capping. All you need to do is write or call us for a free estimate.
