All Hopper windows include double locks and full screens standard.

Changing your basement windows is a breeze when you call Unified. There are two different type of windows used in most basements. The hopper window which opens in from the top and has a full screen or the slider window which slides side to side and has a 1/2 screen that can be used on either side.

The installation needed for the two windows depends on what type of window you currently have in the house. If you have a wood frame window with a wood sash that opens into the house from the bottom you have a normal installation. We just simply remove the old window, cap the exterior frame with trim capping, install the new window and caulk the seams in all places needed to create an air tight seal.

If you have any type of steel frame, we cut out the frame or remove the sashes as needed, put in a wood frame needed to install the windows properly the proceed with the steps listed above.

The chart below gives you the prices for each window depending on the type of installation needed.
